  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary (e.g., due to stock issues or errors in product listings). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

2. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to wholesale markets and businesses in London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, external factors such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, or customs delays may affect delivery times.

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details are provided. Liban Fresh Wholesale Ltd is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

3. Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our fresh produce, our refund and return policy is as follows:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will either offer a replacement or a partial/full refund.

  • Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of perishable items.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us immediately.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us, but refunds may not be available for perishable goods.
